Description

UB G 250-35 can be processed over the wire range 0.05 to 1.6 mm diameter copper and aluminium conductors.
Umang’s Enamelled wires coated with UB G 250-35 are ideally suitable for manufacturing and rewinding of electrical motors, fans, transformers,
relay coils etc.
UB G 250-35 offers high speed running as compared to standard polyester wire enamels.
UB G 250-35 is characterised with Reddish Brown colour of enamelled wires, which show balanced mechanical, electrical & chemical properties
It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the
making of UB G 250-35.

Applications

UB G 250-35 is generally used on vertical and horizontal machines with felt and die wiping methods as it is characterised as a medium viscosity
wire enamel.
The enamel can be used by felt and metering pump application method after thinning down the enamel to a viscosity of 60-70 s. UB 115 is
recommended for viscosity reduction & cleaning.
