Characteristic Features And Uses

• UB AI 1013 BV is used as a topcoat with the base coat of THEIC Polyester or Polyesterimide to improve the Class of wire, heat shock,
  windability and refrigerant resistance
• The enamelled wires fully meet specification requirements of IS 13730-34/IEC 60317-34 for enamelled round copper wires, class 130L.
• UB AI 1013 BV is generally recommended for use on wire diameters up to 2.0 mm dia. However, it can be used on thicker wires & rectangular
  wires by checking suitability on individual plant.
• Due to its excellent refrigerant resistance, it is ideally suitable for winding of hermetically sealed motors. UB AI 1013 BV/35 is UL approved
  under UL file No. E135382.
• It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the
  making of UB AI 1013 BV.

Applications

• UBAI 1013 BV/.. is generally used as a top coat over Polyesterimide based wire enamel, such as, UB TR 543-38 or ISOMID 860/35 LYC or UB
  SL 225-.. while manufacturing dual coated wires confirming to IS 13730 – 13 / IEC 60317 – 13 & IS 13730-29/IEC 60317-29 for Polyester (imide)
  over coated with Polyamide-imide enamelled round copper wires, class 200.
