Mr. Anoop Kumar Dhanuka is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and has served on its Board since incorporation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan (1993) and brings over 26 years of leadership experience in the power transmission and distribution sector.

As Chairman, he provides strategic direction and oversees long-term investments and key board-level decisions. He also supervises critical functions including raw material procurement and human resource management. Mr. Dhanuka plays a pivotal role in business planning and development, the formulation of strategic initiatives, and their disciplined execution, driving the Company’s sustained growth and operational strength.
