Dhruv Dhanuka is Promoter and Whole-Time Directors of our Company. He has completed Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Southeren California in the year 2022. He has been associated with the Company since 2022 and was appointed to the Board in 2025. He possesses a total work experience of 6 years out of which he is having experience of 3 years in the power transmission and distribution industry. Currently, he manages the complete operations of Manufacturing Unit II of our Company situated at Khasra No. 3,5,7/1 and 8 Via Kaladera, Village Sahibrampura, Jaipur-303801, Rajasthan and he is entrusted with the responsibility of legal and regulatory affairs, Compliance and Secretarial matters, implementation of data-led quality control systems. He has actively contributed to the strategic and governance aspects of the company.
