Devendra Kumar is an independent director of our Company. He has completed his Graduation in English Literature from Patna University in 1984. He has over 37 years of experience in retail banking operations, customer relationship management, and strategic planning across various public sector banks, including State Bank of India. He has been retired as Chief General Manager of State Bank of India. Post-retirement, he continues to contribute to the sector in advisory roles, including an appointment by the Reserve Bank of India.
