Mr. Devendra Kumar is an Independent Director of the Company. He graduated in English Literature from Patna University in 1984 and brings over 37 years of experience in retail banking operations, customer relationship management, and strategic planning across leading public sector banks, including the State Bank of India.
He retired as Chief General Manager from the State Bank of India and, post-retirement, continues to contribute to the banking and financial sector in advisory capacities, including an appointment with the Reserve Bank of India.
