Alok Kumar Dhanuka is Promoter, Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since incorporation. He has overall work experience of 26 years in power transmission and distribution Industry. He has cleared Bachelor of Commerce (B. com) from University of Rajasthan in the year 1994. He has been entrusted with the responsibility to oversee the company’s banking and financial matters. He plays a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations and supporting the company’s growth through effective management of resources.
