Description

Umang’s Enamelled wires coated with UB F 35 A are used for windings of electric machines of class 130L for continuous operation.
UB F 35 A is characterised by having chemical, mechanical, and electrical resistant properties while have a very wide curing range.
It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the
making of UB F 35 A.

Applications

UB F 35 A is generally used on vertical and horizontal machines with felt and die wiping methods as it is characterised as a medium viscosity
wire enamel.
For the wire sizes < 0.1 mm, the enamel may require diminishing to suit the application. UB F 35 A can be thinned with UB 115 which is
reasonable for metering pump and felt application.
UB F 35 A is reasonable for the wire range 0.05 to 1.0 mm diameter. UB F 35 A gives an added benefit of flexibly processing, because of the
wide curing range.
