Mr. Umang Dhanuka is a Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA (2018). He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and serves as a principal member of the Bureau of Indian Standards ETD-02 Sectional Committee on Solid Electrical Insulating Materials and Insulation Systems.
Associated with the Company since 2018 and inducted onto the Board in 2025, he brings over seven years of experience in the power transmission and distribution sector. He provides leadership across production and operations, overseeing vendor management, marketing and business development, and strategic customer engagement.
Mr. Dhanuka currently directs the operations of Manufacturing Unit I at Kaladera, Jaipur, ensuring operational efficiency, process discipline, and consistent product quality in line with the Company’s performance standards.
